The Warmington Group has a rich tradition of building timeless homes that spans four generations and more than eight decades.
 - Early 1920's: Warmington received State Contractor's License #144. These numbers currently are six to eight digits long.
- Late 1920's: The Warmington Group began acquiring a reputation for building beautiful homes of distinctive quality and value with their first custom homes.
- 1930: Warmington was unofficially known as the "builder to the stars", building classic estate homes for screen legends such as Shirley Temple, Claudette Colbert, Bing Crosby, Henry Fonda, Frank Sinatra, Tyrone Power and Douglas Fairbanks, Jr. The company built in some of the country's most prestigious locations-Beverly Hills, Bel Air and Westwood, among others.

- 1938: This private residence built for Mary O'Harris showcases the fine craftsmanship and design that are part of the Warmington legacy.

- 1940's: The Warmington Group built its first planned neighborhoods designed to meet the needs of those seeking "the good life" in California. Although smaller in scale than their grand custom homes, these homes reflected the same attention to detail.

- 1950-present: For the next several decades, The Warmington Group of companies remained committed to planning and developing a variety of new home communities and became a trusted name in the homebuilding industry for thousands of families.
Today, The Warmington Group has solidified its reputation as the premier builder of innovatively designed and well-constructed new homes in a variety of price ranges. The company's longevity and continued success are a result of the dedication of four generations that have committed themselves to excellence for more than eight decades.
